[Resolved] United Bank Of India — Ubable to withdraw by atm from IOB and Dena Bank under Cash Tree | |
Respected sir/Madam This is to inform you that Indian Overseas Bank and Dena bank are not responding to cash withdrawal from last 9months by atm issued by United Bank of India Chinsurah branch though the above two banks are failed under the Cash tree atm network. I've checked this problem periodically in last 9 months in various atm of these above mentioned bank.When i'm trying to access my atm from the above two banks atm the card is rejecting by the atms and the message is showing is "The atm is out of work, please visit any other atm". In case of Indian overseas Bank after rejecting the card I'm not getting any slip while in case of Dena Bank atm at the time of cash withdrawal the response code is showing in the slip is 0070 and in case of balance enquiry it is 0096. So, I request you to look into the matter so that cash withdrawal may be made from Indian overseas Bank and Dena Bank atms. Also I like to inform you that I already requested to the Branch and to the Bank head office twice regarding the problem officially but with no effect.Now what service is expected more??? We got our Pass book, ATM, Cheque Book etc...But no information about Net banking. Please help me in the same.

i beg to say that i have given application and complain many times of regarding ATM.but ihave not get any response .in rohtak branch (haryana) .manager is not good .he does not reply & chide me .i am mentility upset towards o[censored]nited bank of india branch of rohtak from last four month .
