On 31/08/2012,I’d gone to the Axis Bank ATM at Six Mile,Guwahati Assam) to withdraw Rs.3500.00 from my UBI account no.[protected]Transaction id: CWDR/[protected]:23:39/SWT), but the ATM didn't deliver the amount at that time and my bank passbook record states it in the withdrawalfield. Please rectify the error and refund the amount to my account at the earliest.

www.visva-bharati.ac.in. and Assam Tribune dated 13/03/2013 says that admission forms and kits 2013/2014 are available at United Bank of India all over India at payable of Rs.400.00, which includes Guwahati also.After the advertisement of 1 week time concern branches and regional office o[censored]nited Bank of India can't say anything about admission form.

I have dswt/ Rs. 9500 of Bank of India account in sbi ATM at kolkata on 9th Oct 2021 near 11.00 am. I didn't get any cash. Next day statement shows dcwdr/ Rs. 9500 .
I am worried about my money. Tomorrow I will meet at bank personally. Hope I will get my money.
