I was misguided by United Colors of Benetton, Saltlake, City Centre on 4th August, 2012. Actually what happened was, on this particular day, a sale was on in Benetton, and I went and purchased two t-shirts. The store keeper told me that both of them were t-shirts but one of them was a Light Winter wear, so I was misguided. Now when I went to change the garment today, ie on 6th August, 2012, they told me that they will not exchange it as it was purchased during sale. But on the bill it is clearly written that we can change the product any time after purchase. I feel cheated, I am a long time customer o[censored]nited Colors of Benetton and now I feel like my loyalty or likeness was of no use.
