hello sir we are claim the insurance in bangalore office. but that the staff behavior is very worst. we are star briyani, btm layout, bangalore. our bike got accident before seven months. we summited all the documents. but till now we are not get. problem is our concern name is star briyani. but in insurance they mentioned ambur star briyani. 4 months before here bajaj company called us given a letter - ed to insurance office. regarding both are same concern. we are given. but she rejected. again she ask r. c book. we given. again she rejected. again she asking letter- ed from bajaj company. we given. from both are same concern. but she ask they (bajaj company) did mistake. that like letter ed only we need from bajaj company. but they are given letter -ed. my guy asking to her. mam if you tell before we will get why you do like this. then she get angry she told me to my guy how you get the insurance claim? please given her advice. how to behavior the customers. she is name - anjana phone number[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
