[Resolved]  United Insurance Company Limited — regarding the policy of my vehicle

Dear sir, This mail is regarding the Policy no of my vehicle RJ 07 T A 2074 by name of Vijay kumar Khatri S/o Gurucharan singh khatri 43, Chanakya nagar new shiv Bari road Bikaner Rajasthan Proposal no P413234 my vehicle met with an accident on 20 feb 2013 and the survey was done by Mr Prem agarwal on 27 Feb 2013. 1. The vehicle is in total damage. 2 I have not received any intimation regarding claim amt.despite regular follow ups in Bikaner and Jodhpur. 3 I have personally visited jodhpur and Bikaner offices at least 15 times in last 7 months. 4 I have no other source of earning except this vehicle. 5 I am paying the installments of this vehicle which is under repair for last 7 months. 6 The vehicle is lying in Toyota Garage i am a poor man cannot pay Parking/ Dammrage charges per day. 7 There is no support / response for the claim amt today also when i spoke to them telephonically they said to me that i should have patience and wait for another 1 month. 8 This is my 1 written communication to you, hoping you may take some strict action and get released my claim and even if there is some issue kindly inform me in written else we will have no option left but to take shelter from the law of the Land.
