i have not recieved my UPSC admit card which was applied by me and sent by speed post on 6th may 2011
i also don't remember my application form number .
so please help me

Regarding downloading of Detailed Application Form (DAF) and Summary sheet from website.
Sir,
I would like to inform you that Geologist Examination-2010 result was
declared on 19.08.2011. As given in instructions, qualified students
have to download & submit completely filled DAF and summary sheet
within 7 days from the announcement of result. But, on website there
is no such DAF and summary sheet yet downloaded or a path to reach the
said file.Telephonic discussions with people at UPSC did not yield any results.
In view of above, it may not possible for the qualified candidates to
send a document that will reach to you on or before 26.08.2011. May i request to direct concerned persons to display the URL or format for DAF and summary sheet on website
home page/send me on my email: [protected]@gmail.com so that my DAF,
Summary sheet and documents reach your office within stipulated time.
