[Resolved] Axis Bank — AXIS Bank authorized credit card payment without checking CVV and Expiry date, just checked Credit card number. | |||
I've raised a payment authorization issue to AXIS and asking for my refund. Full scenario of my case is given below: 1. Purchased domain from HOSTMONSTER (domain name ITGLOBALCONSULTANT) on 01-Apr-2009, at that time my Axis Corporate Credit Card ([protected]) expiry date was 08-10. (attached screenshots of payment mode and payment receipt) 2. My credit card expired on 08-10 and new card issue by AXIS having new Card Expiry date 08-12, that was NOT set in HOSTMONSTER account’s Payment settings. 3. An unauthorized payment proceeded on 12-Mar-2011 by HOSTMONSTER and AXIS debited this amount in their account without informing me where AXIS checked ONLY CARD NUMBER not other important things (NOT checked expiry date and CVV number). Unauthorized payment was for Rs 8925.76/- [$190.80]). 4. I’ve raised this complained with HOSTMONSTER regarding how this payment proceeded without informing me and they have refunded a part of amount but not full (Rs. 7889/- [$178.49]). 5. How AXIS preceded payment with wrong expiry date and CVV number? Either AXIS BANK or HOSTMONSTER is responsible for this incident. I've mailed and called on phone many times to AXIS but they are just asking again and again to send email with full description and wait for reply. I've done many times same thing but not getting any output from them. Could you please help me in getting difference of this amount or any way out? Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Sir,
I have asked you to close my credit card during the month of August 2007, but still now it was not closed. You are continuing debited as interest. I have sent 35 mail to your credit card division. Still now no action has been taken from your side, August month 2007 I have swiped for Rs.200/- fuel expenses, But I didn't received any statement, Eventhough I have paid more than Rs.200/- i.e. Rs.300/- on 06.10.07 (100 for late fee). But you keep on debiting like any thing , I have to send one copy of this letter to RBI. Better you reversed and send me latest statement. I will not pay even single paise from my pocket. Please close the account and send me statement, Dont cheat me hereafter.

Hi, This is sonali vishnoi i have applied several time for credit card o[censored]TI uptill now there is no feedback plzz do inform me that how can i get credit i have a salary account in UTI bank since two years...please provide me a credit card as soon as possible else i will approach to another bank please revert me soon..

i am diganta basumatary using UTI Credit card from last 3 months . the agent who was opned my acount not clear the concepts and give the puzzle information and trying to avoid me when i want to me him. I tried to call the customer care number printed on the back of the card but there was nobody to pick the phone or respond except the computerized one. now i am in a stage that what i shluld do or not to do. now i am decided to surrender my credit card. please give the instruction about surrender and balance amount to be paid.

Agree with you my dear friend. Axis is worst in service and I always see security breach in there work model.
