sub; stop ecs right now my ch .no. 323655 dt. 04/01/10 which has to be in stop payment.so my case is should not be registered but it is registered yet.my first installment is debited from my a/c rs.1000/- per month plane was uti retirement benifit pension plan.

So pls return me the above amount with interest in my A/c of sbi bank govind nagar Kanpur A/c. no. of sbi is [protected] this is the last warning to u. u have only 2more days to return my amount

and was promised to get a pension of Rs6750/-p.m.I have a chart

UTI Children Career (Balanced Plan — Interest not received

Dear Sir/Madam

This is regarding the policy with the following details.

Minor DOB: 19 Feb 1988
Maturity: Attaining the age of majority

There was a letter sent on June 3rd 2006 to confirm the my bank account details. The bank account details were sent by us. The cheque at my address was sent by UTI. I was a medical student then and lived in a hostel and my hostel address was furnished. Due to mismanagement of postal services and UTI I never received any communication from UTI.Also there was no telephonic communication by UTI.This is an act of negligence on UTI's part.

Recently again I requested at UTI Gwalior Office and the due amount was transferred to my account. No. [protected]

However the amount due in 2007 was paid in 2011 was approx. 39000 INR.

At a nominal interest of 8.5% for four yrs also the amoun comes close to 54000 INR. This is a straightway loss of 15000 INR to me. My whole family has been a regular customer o[censored]TI and holder of numerous policies and mutual fund.

However such a disappointing payment by UTI is not acceptable and has affected our family's faith in UTI.

I request you to take prompt action and respond urgently and make me the interest payment ASAP.Please also suggest me what action shall i take.
