UTI Pan Card — not yet received the pan card | |
I have applied for modification in my pan card bearing no.AKKPC5346 D on[protected], vide application form no.[protected], coupon no.[protected]. PAN TRACKER Showing Null
MY pan card appication date is 08/12/09 But till date pan tracker showing null status

Note: I already had filed a new form in the month of 25 Oct 2009 and which was rejected due to insufficient addressproof. However, i applied again with fresh a new application at where i lost Rs 100/- as well as more Rs 100/- also paid for this fresh new application sofar. Now, i sent the said documents whatever fulfills the requirement.
Therefore, i may please be requested to forward the initial PAN CARD as soon at your earliest.
