[Resolved]  Uti Pan — wrong pan number or wrong pan holder name in pan service department

Respected sir, From many years i am using a pan card number AHHPK5460A . which is alloted to me by the name of Manoj Kumar Verma . and in every where, every bank even my employer sbi life insurance , i am using this pan number. and now when i am going to open a D-MAT account in icici bank ,i know that this pan nuber is wrong either my name on pan card record is manish kumar verma, and now i have requested pan card authorities to issue me a fresh pan card with a correct name , i have submitted a fee of rs. 120 to pan card authorities in january nad again i have submitted a fee of pan correction form Rs. 20 , but still pan authority is not issuing my pan card , due to this i am unable to do many important work, and i think due to this i am suffering from financial loss too. plz solve my problem as soon as possible
