[Resolved]  UTI / UTI Mutual Fund — NON RECEIVE OF Hardcopy Policy & Statement against UTI ENERGY FOLIO NO :[protected]

Sir / Madam,

Though I purchased Mutual Fund Policy of your Company under UTI ENERGY FOLIO NO :[protected], but till date I didn't receive my Hardcopy Policy Statement. In this regard I had call you on 3rd Oct ' 08 in your Toll Free No [protected], My call was attended by Deepika & provide me a Complain No: 10/CC-187309/1 DATED 3RD OCT '08 ( CALL TIME 1.56 PM ). She told me that within 15 days she will send the Hardcopy Policy Statement against UTI ENERGY FOLIO NO :[protected].


But I didn't receive any Hardcopy Policy Statement as per commitment, so once again I call you on 24th Oct ' 08 in your Toll Free No [protected], this time my call was attended by FARZANA & provide me a Complain No: 10/CC-200469/1 DATED 24TH OCT '08 ( TIME 1.50 PM ). She also told me that within 15 days she will send the Hardcopy Policy Statement against UTI ENERGY FOLIO NO :[protected].


Since I didn't receive my Hardcopy Policy Statement hence once again I call you on 26th Feb ' 09 in your Toll Free No [protected], this time my call was attended by Bhavna & assured me that my complain will be solved within a month.


Now its more than a year but till date I didn't receive my Hardcopy Policy Statement against the above mentioned Folio no [protected]. Request you for the last time to give My Hardcopy Policy against UTI ENERGY FOLIO NO :[protected]. If my complain is not solved within a month time then I shall compel to take Legal Help for the same.
