Utitsl.co.in — Non receipt of Pan Card ADCPJ6139L

I have not received my pan card bearing no.ADCPJ6139L in the name of Hormaj Burjorji Jungalwalla

sub: correction of date of birth
My apllication submitted on 15th april 2008 for correction of date of birth in my existing pan card, vide my pan card no.AEYPD 7355K, my CSF No.[protected], processing fee coupon No.[protected], pan service centre code no.200BB250 till on date I am not getting corrected pan please take necessary action so that i can get my pan card as early as possible.

Utitsl.co.in — not receive pan card al most six months

dear/sir i applied the pan card form 49-a [NRI] it is almost six months have been passed.. tthey send me the application back to make the new dd/ payable utitsl services at mumabi branch. After making the new dd/ i re sumit the application jully 30/2009. it is almost two months i have not herd any thing from them. i send three e-mails to them but no reply. my application no is[protected] and dd/no[protected]/ the manager name is sushama and her e-mail sushama.[protected]@utitsl.co.in and office e-mail <utitsl.[protected]@utitslco.in> please look the status of my application. and issue the pan card to me as soon as possible.so i can invest some of my money to india.thanking you Ajit s gill my e-mail [protected]@yahoo.com. dated 9/26/2009
