[Resolved]  Utitsl / Pan Card — PAN card not received yet

This is in the reference of my mother. I had applied for the PAN card at our local Pan service centre in Kurukshetra. It has been around 3 months since i applied for it and i still haven't received it. No result is found when i try to track my PAN on utitsl website.
My applications are as under:
