Sir,

I apply for PAN CARD of my son PARAG JAIN PAN CARD NO AKZPJ4502H. First
time by mistake at your end write father name SURESH CHANDRA JAIN in place
of SURESH KUMAR JAIN. I applied for correction the father name
SURESH KUMAR JAIN but today[protected] I received my son PAN CARD again
do the sme mistke this time write father name KUMAR SURESH in place of
SURESH KUMAR JAIN. SIr please check at your end which person do this type
of mistake and punish them.

I have diposited two times PAN CARD Fees. please reply by return email&
and send my son PAN CARD as soon as possible below mentioned address

Dear Madam/Sir.

With due respect, I beg to state that despite applying my PAN CARD for the third consecutive time, the previous two times my name was spelt wrongly and I had to go for the third attempt in order to get my name corrected but alas the third time also my name was incorrect as I saw in the PAN CARD status website and moreover the third time PAN CARD which was again incorrect showed that its been despatched on December 10th 2008 but till now it has not reached me as I have enquired so many times. Now please tell me what should I do and how many times should I apply to get my name perfectly and also who is liable and accountable for all this mishaps.I have spent nearly Rs.600/- so far with no result.Please tell me why the data entry operators are goofing up with my names so many times.I am mentally harrased and pity the official machinery's working style in our country.Please help me and give me solution to this recurring MENACE.

The clarifications sought from me has been given through registered post.

Repeated complaints on phone did not yield any result.

Therefore kindly intimate the latest status of my PAN card.
