i have purchased a water purifier of eureka forbes from big bazar on 16 september,and big bazar promised to install within 2 days. till now no response neither from big bazar nor from eureka forbes.i have called both many times but i got only next promise nothing else. it is really very frustrating. and i am also planning for complaint in consumer forum very soon. Does Eureka think it is too great to not even respond to a customer complaint satisfactorily?
You do not even have the courtesy to reply to my mail / complaint.
What kind of a company do you run?
Do you run a business or a roadside second hand shop. You should be ashamed of yourself!
Some great Manager in your Customer Service / complaints department in your T.Nagar branch called up today to say that he will send someone after 1600hrs today evening( i.e. 12th Dec 2011)
It is now 1930hrs and I am yet to see a service chap!!
Of course as usual your inept department does not seem to be having the details of my purchase and they insult the customer by asking ‘stupid’ questions.
What a company you have and you claim to provide great products and great service! What a rip-off!!
