[Resolved] Vcare Pack — Mobile repair services

I bought a new mobile worth Rs 13, 500/- in Feb 2012 and bought a V-Care pack which says an extended warranty for 2 years. for this service I paid Rs 1, 000/- extra. Few days back touch of the phone stopped working. I submitted my phone on 29.08.2013 to get it rectified. I am calling them every day and same answer that we do not have the mother board in store, they are not committing me anything. Their policy says they will take 7-14 days to rectify the complaint. In case part is not available in market or otherwise time can be extended. Its 29.09.2013 and I haven't received my phone. I have got this from from form Digitek Wizard in Yamuna Vihar. These guys also not giving any response. My job sheet no. - 10793 please suggest a course of action.

I am one of customer of v care i bought a mobile from singh enterprises janakpuri they offer me a v care as i was buying I phone 5 so i bought it for 4500 after couple of month my screen got damage so i just call there service canter no and they told me very clearly every thing that it will take 7 to 14 working days and the time can exceed also after that with in a 24 hour one of there executive came to my office specially gurgaon and they offer me stand by phone also, you want believe it i recieved my handset with in a 4 working days and i was surprised because i didnt expected so fast i really recommend every one to get V CARE as it is really a professional company .
