Subject: Claim & Repair issue.
To Concerned,
We had purchased a new HTC Mobile on October 2014 via Sony Mobile store in Mehrauli. We had also taken your Cashless protection plan for mobile against Physical / Liquid damage. (Slip attached)
Unfortunately, after over a month mobile screen got damage. The phone was given to you for repair under insurance vide job card no. 1657, dtd. 29.11.2014.(Slip Attached) Till date we have not receive our phone back and every time we come to know new story. Firstly, screen was not available at HTC for 15-20 days, then it was told that this would not be covered under cashless, you need to first payment for the repair charges and then claim for it from Insurance. I don’t understand what’s the use for paying additional premium and going for Cashless claim if we cannot get any benefit and there is only hassle/suffer for customer.
It has been now over a month we have still not received the phone after repair as this causing a lot of problem. All the receipts attached FYR.
You are requested to please look into the matter and get the phone repaired at earliest or else we will need to take up the matter with higher authorities /Ombudsman.
