I had raised a complaint in the name of my mother Smt. Nirmal Rathi, for my Samsung S Duos phone at V-care on 17/06/13 that it was not getting charged for which I was assured that the handset will be picked up within maximum 48 hrs but despite of calling again & again it was picked up on 25th late evening around 7pm. It was told that the person who'll pick your phone will also give you a standby phone for the meantime...
