[Resolved]  Vcare Pack — cheating/fraud

Sir,
I had raised a complaint in the name of my mother Smt. Nirmal Rathi, for my Samsung S Duos phone at V-care on 17/06/13 that it was not getting charged for which I was assured that the handset will be picked up within maximum 48 hrs but despite of calling again & again it was picked up on 25th late evening around 7pm. It was told that the person who'll pick your phone will also give you a standby phone for the meantime but that pick up person said that its only to 'advertise' nothing else, we don't give any standbys. Anyways, I call everyday at the provided no.[protected] but their office timings are so awkward from 10:30 to 5:30 that no one picks up the phone before 11:30 provided you keep calling continuously. Once it is picked there is no one to answer properly, still I got to know that the charging jack of my phone is faulty but I've been told that it is not available in the samsung service centre whereas on the other hand when we speak with a different samsung service centre person we are told that it is available & you can get your phone back withing 3 working days.
At the time of purchase, I had paid Rs. 999 extra for this service but it looks like I have been cheated by the shopkeeper in the shadow of V-care. It was purchased from Guru Kripa Enterprises, Model Town II, new delhi. They say we can't help it I have also sent them a mail regarding the same but they don't even have so much of courtesy that they can even reply back.
Please help.
