[Resolved]  Vcare Pack — Not delivering the services

I had puchased a HTC desire X mobile worth RS18000 on 17th Nov'12. I was also sold a Vcarepack two year warranty for which I had paid RS1399 . This warranty was to protect my handset against liquid and physical damage. My phone was damaged on 21st Feb'13 and I logged a request with V care and they arranged for my handset to be picked from my home. I was given a receipt with receipt #6393 which has been issued by Orion Teleservices. and was told that my phone would be repaired and given back to me within 7-14 working days. It is now more than a month and Vcarepack (orion teleservices) are not giving my phone back. I have tried calling them a lot of times but was always told that I would get phone in 4 days time. But no luck. Last I called was on 19th Mar'13, the lady was rude and hung up on me. I have now lost all hopes and I am skeptical that these people are not going to return my phone. This is because their phone lines are always busy when I call up from my registered mobile and when I call from some other phone the attendant disconnect the call post inquiring about my complaint number. also,their website is not functional. www.vcarepack.com

V Care Pack — Not Providing Service

my cellphone is also with them...they always say that the touch for my nokia lumia 620 is unavailable ..it has been one month my cellphone is wid them...shall i not rely on them at all?

This is in reference to JOB CARD NO.:- 5345 dated 09/ April/ 2013. My mobile had been submitted to them for past 2 months.
Firstly, its very tough to get connected through tel no. 69414540 which most of the time is either not responding or gets disconnected after a long waiting time.
Secondly, if by mistake I get through the call then they have the same answer we will get back to you with the response.
My question is how much time they need to repair a mobile & if they don't have the capabilities then why you fool people by your stupid offer of after sale service ?
How can you be so careless with such an important asset of somebody, that's too when you had not provided me with any standby even after demanding. Since the day I bought the mobile, it was with them more than with me.
So, once again my question is same- WHEN I CAN GET THE HANDSET BACK ?

I hav to be straight in the case that they are making fool of innocent people...I myself had given my phn for repairing against liquid damage and after a long time and repeated call of mine they said that i can not be repaired so as per policy they will give the cash back money. I trusted them and gave my xperia sola handset on 5-5-13 and they said that u will get a cheque of the amount 5000( 40% of the bill value), but till date i have not even got a call from their side and every time i call, they give me the same stupid and an irritating answer that u will get a call by the evening...

I want to say that we all can get connected and stand against such fraud companies...i[censored] all agree we all can go their office and can also file a complaint against this company..

I bought a new mobile worth Rs 13, 500/- in Feb 2012 and bought a V-Care pack which says an extended warranty for 2 years. for this service I paid Rs 1, 000/- extra.

Few days back touch of the phone stopped working. I submitted my phone on 29.08.2013 to get it rectified. I am calling them every day and same answer that we do not have the mother board in store, they are not committing me anything.

Their policy says they will take 7-14 days to rectify the complaint. In case part is not available in market or otherwise time can be extended. Its 29.09.2013 and I haven't received my phone.

I have got this from from form Digitek Wizard in Yamuna Vihar. These guys also not giving any response.

While purchasing the Sony Mobile Xperia J ([protected]) phone from M/s Lotus Infocom, I also took a two year warranty pack provided by your company on the recommendation of the seller by paying Rs. 1399/- separately. After keeping the phone for three months with you for repair, lastly I got a phone call on 26.10.13 at 3.40 PM from one person who identified himself as Amit from your company saying that the phone cannot be repaired and you will provide a refund of 25% of the value of the phone to which I vehemently denied since I had got warranty care for repair of my phone and not for selling it to you on a meagre price that too by giving Rs. 1399/- to you as charges of your warranty pack. I do not accept your arbitrary and unwarranted meagre offer of refund. If not repairable, the same must have been replaced by you with the phone of such specification as near to the product so damaged as available at the time of loss as per your own contract. You either repair my phone to my full satisfaction or return the same along with return of my Rs. 1399/- paid to you for warranty pack and the compensation of Rs.50000/- for the harassment and agony caused to me due to your failure to fulfil the obligations of warranty pack on your part. Facts and my further contentions are as under:
1. Phone... Sony Mobile Xperia J ([protected]).
2. Dealer’s Name : M/s Lotus Infocom, D-131, Shop No-5, Kamla Nagar, Delhi-7 .
3. Date of Purchase: 16.1.2012. ( Invoice No. 3853)
4. Cost : Rs. 15500/- (MRP ... Rs. 17990/-)
5. V care Warranty No. : VC/12/69685 dated 16.12.2012.
6. Repair Job Card No. 10120 dated 25.7.13. (
7. Address of Warrantor : ORIEN TELE SERVICES, CB-217, RING ROAD, NARAINA, N. DELHI- 110028.
8. E-mails of Warrantor : [protected]@orienindia.com, "[protected]@gmail.com" & "[protected]@vcarepack.com "
9. Phone Faults mentioned in Job Card: Camera, Hanging, Slow.
10. The phone was collected by your agent on 25.7.13 with the promise to repair the same within one to two weeks of time.
11. That the phone was neither repaired within the promised time nor any feedback was given for further time needed for repair. Every time I phoned, it was told to me that one week more would be needed. When I asked them to give in writing and also reply my E-mail, the lady on phone plainly denied. She said that they will inform only on phone and no written reply would be given as per policy of their company, which is quite arbitrary and high handedness of your company.
12. Your phone attendant asked me to give my consent for refund of the phone @ 25% of the cost of the phone which was only seven months old, in the event, the phone becomes dead during repair. I refused to give any such consent since your refund scheme is completely fishy and arbitrary. I asked to send your method of valuation of the phone and the normal life of phone considered for such valuation scheme of refund on my E-mail. Though the person on phone promised to send the Valuation method but the same is still awaited from you. In the mean time phone was again sent for repair as informed to me on phone.
13. During all this while your company did not bother to update me regularly about the position of repair and only I contacted your company numerously, on the phone number provided in warranty paper i.e. 69414540.
14. You also changed your E-mail nos. without informing simply to cheat me.
15. At last after keeping the phone for three months with you for repair, I got a phone call on 26.10.13 at 3.40 PM from one person who identified himself as Amit from your company saying that the phone cannot be repaired and you will provide a refund of 25% of the value of the phone to which I vehemently denied since I had got warranty pack for repair of my phone and not for selling it to you on a meagre price that too by giving Rs. 1399/- to you as charges of your warranty pack. I do not accept your arbitrary and unwarranted meagre offer of refund with no universally accepted valuation method. If not repairable, the same must have been replaced by you with the phone of such specification as near to the product so damaged as available at the time of loss as per your own contract. You either repair my phone to my full satisfaction or return the same along with return of my Rs. 1399/- paid to you for warranty pack and the compensation of Rs.50000/- for the harassment and agony caused to me due to your failure to fulfil the obligations of warranty pack on your part.
16. Mr. Amit plainly refused by saying that the warranty amount is not refundable. The contention is not acceptable to me because as per law any consideration in a contract should have counter consideration otherwise the contract will be a void contract. Since you failed to perform your duty of repairing the phone, you cannot keep my amount of Rs.1399/- charged by you as warranty amount without counter consideration as per warranty contract.
17. All the conditions of warranty contract are heavily and arbitrarily one sided for your benefit and you enjoy all the rights and privileges to assess and alter any of the condition. On the other hand customer does not have any right or privilege. You cannot force upon your one sided arbitrary and wrong and void conditions and decisions on me. It appears that there is a well planned method to grab costly phones of customers on meagre price by your company.
I, J K Bansal, therefore again ask you the following to be fulfilled within next 15 days.
1. Repair the phone to my full satisfaction along with extending the warranty period for the delay period in repair beyond initial 15 days after 25.7.13.
2. Or return my phone in working condition as it was at the time of handing over to your agent for repair on 25.7.13 (Except the faults mentioned in Job Card) along with refund of warranty amount and Rs. 50000/- as compensation for the harassment and mental and physical agony caused to me and my family.
3. Give in writing all the repairs or changes and damages done by you to my phone while it was in your custody for repair.
4. Without prejudice to above, I reserve my right to add, reduce, amend, correct my claim in the matter and approach to any appropriate Court of Law for redressal of my claim and right.

Refer my E-mail dated 27.10.13 asking about position of repair of my mobileand your monopolies in dealing with the customers. It appears that you have deliberately chosen not to reply my E-mails because you are determined to cheat me . However I will continue my fight to corruption being practised by you. I am still your customer since my warranty amount of Rs. 1399/- is still lying with you and neither you have repaired the same nor returned it to me in the original condition as it was while handing over for repair to your person on 25.7.13. You are therefore again requested to reply my mail though you have clearly said that no written reply would be given by you on this matter. However I will continue to fight for my just right and against your cheatings to me. You may therefore reply on following accounts with in next 24 hours.
1. Return my phone duly repaired in all respects and inform the time frame for such repair in writing.
2. Or replace the phone with phone of same specifications or in absence with phone of most similar specifications as per your terms of warranty contract.
3. Or return my phone in condition as it was at the time of handing over for repair to your representative on 25.7.13. Also return my warranty amount of Rs. 1399/- paid to you in case of you are not able to repair my phone amounting to failure to honour the warranty contract on your part along with a compensation of Rs. 50000/- for physical and mental agony and financial hardship to me for failure to repair the phone since 25.7.13.
4. Inform in writing about all the changes made to my phone during the period it remains in your custody for repair including parts provided/removed etc.
5. Without prejudice to above, I reserve my right to add, reduce, amend, correct my claim in the matter and approach to any appropriate Court of Law for redressal of my claim and right.

I am suffering from same issue against this Orien Tele Services, naraina delhi

They also cheated on me!!!

I also took a Vcare pack from samsung priority.

I have made a insurance against my samsung mobile worth Rs 2000 which I was told if anyhthing will be damaged in phone it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. I was told maximum time of 15 days to get it done by company and now they are saying after 1 month its not possible and not even returning my damaged phone. I want my phone replaced with orginal part as i have paid for the insurance to the samsung priority office in rohini. Even i called them many times and they are not talking properly at all and its not tolerable at all. Help me out for this matter . They are not even returning my phone.

Worst ever experience. Guys stop buying their services. They are cheater.
I submitted my Lumia 520 with a broken touch on 11- July-2014. And I have not got it back.
Same response and promises of delivering the phone within one week time every time I call.
I think we should take some legal action against them! Reply if anyone is interested!
