[Resolved] Venus Home Appliances (P) Ltd. — Repated complains done but no action had been taken for water heater | |
Dear Sir, We had purchase 35 Ltrs. Venus Heavy Duty Geyser from Ramdeo Enterprises vide bill no. CR/13118 dated 24.04.2009 of Venus Brand. We had made complain to Venus service centre vide complain no. 003619 date 28.11.2009, 003887 dated 07.12.2009, 004039 dated 10.12.209 and 004357 dated 18.12.2009. Fresh complain was made vide complain no CL279 dated 26/12/2009 but till date nothing had been done. We are not getting proper response from Venus though the Geyser is on warranty period.
