So far, so good. Venus Home Appliances is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. I have purchased E-splash leaflet Water Geizer with Remote 2 years before from the authorized centre of VENUS HOME APPLIANCES, named as at Lucknow of Rs 8000. In these 2 years Heater worked efficiently. But due to coming winter we called this authorized centre people to come and do the repair. They came and asked for repairment of Rs.1000. Thus we paid them immediately to get the repair at the same moment and not wasting anymore day in this...
