I bought a Venus Gyser around a year back which did not work for more that 2-3 days. I made thousads of calls to the local service center[protected] and even spoke with the owner of the Service Center(Mr Sushil Kaushik). The people at the service center either blankly refused to come over for the service or just gave me the service request number which was never processed. I have also spoken with the head office at +91-044-... and another service center at[protected] but to no avail yet and also with Mr. Bharat Singh at[protected] in Delhi office and was assured of getting my gyser serviced finally. The delhi office had sent the srvice person called Mr Kulwant Singh who visited my place on 20/06/2009 and dismantled the gyser and promised to come back with the replacement by Monday(22/06/2009) but never turned back. The gyser has been disconnected from the water pipes and the the water oozing out of the pipes is spoling rest of the wooden fittings in the kitchen.

I had never ever expected such grave indifference to the customers request from the brand like Venus. I would request the senior members of the team to take notice of my harrowing experience with the Venus products and try to get this issue resloved asap

I have alos spoken with the head office at +[protected] and another service center at[protected] but to o avail yet.

    If I had the slightest idea that Venus appliances sells such low quality products and doest care to provide any after sales service then I would have never ever bought Venus Product.

    Regarding post sales service, it's a frustrating experience with Venus Geyser.I had raised a complain for its non function around 28th of July, 2009. The docket No against my complaint was 168. Support person visited the site on 1st of Aug, 2009 and reported that one of its heaters has become non-functioning and committed me that the problem would be solved within 5th of Aug, 2009.Reminder call was given by me on 6th of July, 2009 and assurance was give from the service centre that the issue may be closed within a day or two (max). On 7th of July, 2009 another reminder call was given by me in the late afternoon. At that time, the service centre told me that the heater of the geyser which was detected defective, is currently not available and naturally would take some time to close the issue.

    I'm really suffering out of that.

      I have purchased E-splash leaflet Water Geizer with Remote 2 years before from the authorized centre of VENUS HOME APPLIANCES, named as at Lucknow of Rs 8000. In these 2 years Heater worked efficiently. But due to coming winter we called this authorized centre people to come and do the repair. They came and asked for repairment of Rs.1000. Thus we paid them immediately to get the repair at the same moment and not wasting anymore day in this repairment. They done their work. On next day Geizer showed only temperature of water heating upto 23 centigrades in remote, looking this we called these authorized people again, but everytime they tell us some more problems. Now the condition is this ! that they ask for more charges, by telling different types of problems.

      Don't Kow what to do!!!
      Can anybody help us. Because we cannot afford new purchase of water heater.

      I made a request to repair my venus geyzer on friday dated 14 08 2009 in the following mobile numbers [protected] [protected].The attending person received my complain but i had to spell him all my details gave me the complain number Bgp 1408005 told the person would visit on sunday. Till date 18/08/2009 no body visited to repair. I rang number of times in Kolkata office but they never bothered.Before purchasing Venus products Customers must ensure the services.       i also suffered from similer problem.i purchased venus-splash from main dealer bharat vyapar whose plastic body got cracked due manufacturing defect i made complaint to dealer&co.office.they charged rs.450/-which is not justified.co. is supposed to maintain reputation.God knows how long consumers would be exploited by manufacturers
