I Ram Chander Yadav booked a plot of 120 sq yard on dated 2 december 2006 in Neemrana. I deposited whole of the amount of 3 lacs 50 thousand.But after seeing no development work at the said site i searched their office at connaught place,dlf phase 2 gurgaon,jhandewalan,and rangpuri (mahipalpur) and found all of their offices either abandoned or closed . PURCHSE OF PLOT AT TONK ROAD, JAIPUR IN VIAN CITY From Vian Infrastructure Ltd Delhi
We registered for a 120sq. yads plot at Vian City Jaipur. First payment was made in 2006. The Consumer Code allotted isd-205 sector 4. As per the demand raised we had paid instalments of Rs.2.02 lacs approx.We stopped payment on hearing some adverse reports in the media about the fraud committed by the company on its customers.In the meantime we asked our relatives over there to check the claims about starting the project. We then went ourselves in December 2009 and checked that they have removed their name Board from their site and not even preliminary works had started. The company keeps changing its location, addresses & it is difficult to trace for any information as well as recovery of our money. Please help. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com& no. is [protected]. vk sharma is the real gambler behind his scandal. he is still continuing his fraud behavior in all his new projects and making crores of money and enjoying his life king size. he owns a huge amount of property and bank balance. a serious effort to catch him and to send him behind the bars should be done asap. other people like rakesh chauhan, mr. sarvesh chaudhary, surya thaper, bhawani singh of the company were fooled by v k sharma and they were just puppets. vk sharma made them sign all legal papers to stay away from all blames and allegations. if we want our money back, we must unite to catch the crook VIJAY KUMAR SHARMA

I also have the similar case, have booked the 120 sq yard land at Haridwar and paid Rs. 210000/. No whereabouts about the company. What should be done. Please advise.
