[Resolved]  Vian Infrastructure Limited — Fraud by Vian Infrastructure Ltd.

I Ajay Kumar, booked a 120 sq. mtr plot in Haridwar in Oct-2006, and after seeing no developement work at site, I decided to cancel the plot.

Thereafter I have applied for refund in the month of July-2007 and subsequetly I got three cheques (two for interest and one for principal amount). cheque having interest amount was cleared but the cheque of principal amount was stopped by the Vian Infrastructure Ltd. the details of cheque is as follows

Threfore the intention of Vian Infrastructure is very clear that they do not want to refund my money.
They have also not replied my e-mail sent to the Director Mr. Surya Thapar <surya.[protected]@vian.in> and <sangeeta.[protected]@vian.in>on 25-04-08

My case s exactly same . I also want the company to return the payment that i ve made otherwise i ll b putting up the case thrrogh courts.its such a long time since i ve made 50% payment but no registration/allotment has been done.

I Rajeev Kumar have the same case. I applied for Jaipur & half payment done 155400 /- in 2006. Now its 2008 & i have not received my plot registry or my refund back. I also applied for cancellation in 19-July-07 & same they issued 3 cheques for my payment in which 2 were of interest & 1 was for principal amount. My cheque for principal amount got bounced & after continuee follow up with them they gave me 3 cheques & 2 got bounced.

Dear all vian investers please make a union & then contact to media & we should escalate this issue in media.

hello everybody !!
i booked a 300sq. yard plot in Jaipur. I have paid around 2lac 78 thousand rupees.
First i did not get the receipt of payment .After smelling something fishy i went to the office and asked for receipt . After an arguement a got a receipt ad then i applied for a refund . I applied for refund in Sep 07. But no answer from their sid . I asked my friend to collect cheques for me as i m not in the country.they issued 3 and only 2 of Rs.16, 000 got honoured and the main was blocked .When my father contacted them, reply is we do not have money.
I think we should form a unite and take an action against the fraud company.

i also have the similar case, i have booked the 120 sq yard land at Neemrana, since we heard no developement, i have applied for the refund on 6th June and have till date not heard anything from Vian staff /office.

I would like to bring to your notice that we had booked 5 Plots out of which 3 Plots belongs to me.2 at Haridwar ( Code No.H-5231 & H 5232 & 1 Plot VR-115).

We all are chasing for the last 2 Years & met Mr.Hemant Tekchandani & Mr.Dhar, but nothing actually happened.Then this July I lost my Father.Afterward I again went their Office at Vijaya Bank Bldg, on 21/07/2008.Fortunately on that day many people were there & all were demanding the refund.All people suffered from Vian Bounced Cheques and all.

Finally Police arrived & in the commotion Vian Director Mr.Thapar ran out of the office.

Now I had submitted Cancellation Form with the Company but nothing happened so far.

This Company is full of crooks.

I am agree with all to immediately make a Union & alongwith Media let's go & talk to these guys.Otherwise seeing the pathetic condition I fear these guys may run out of these country, then we all will be in deep trouble.

I booked Three Plots in Haridwar and applied for the cancellation after seeing the property documnets. There is no land in the name of company they are making fool to the public in large. I received 6 months post dated cheques in june-2007 which are to be cleared in oct.-07 & Nov.-07 All the cheques dishonoured due to insufficent funds. Then compny give me another cheques of Syndicate Bank but these cheques are dishonoured as there is no balance of the company account. This is my request of all who has been cheted by the compnay and their borkers to unite and file the case against brokers and compnay.

I have booked a plot under Agra, but I haven't received any thing from VIAN. Neither they provide what are the developments and they asked me to pay the full amount in lieu of Govt. ELC/PLC Charges.

i am not sure what's the status of all the projects. I am worried now.

Let's form a union and file a case against VIAN.

Hi all,

After 1 year i.e., in july I registered a complaint in police & with the help of police I got my refund (Draft) on 13th Oct 08. I also suggest to all of the invester first they take legal action against the company so that they will get the money back else they can lost their hard earned money in these types of company.

As mentioned above finaly after long struggle i got my money back from vian.

We are also facing the similar problems. Our one cheque for Rs960/= was returned twice. Company on the other hand is claiming that they have returned back money to all who have applied. Please raise this matter to the press. I am always withyou all.

we wish to inform you that the company has started its development work at site for its various projects.the desirous person who wanted their refund were paid back their money.we have also given advertisement in the news paper for the settlement of any claim towards refund.some of the customers had applied us for the refund but during the process of refund they requested us againg to cancle their refund application and express their intensions to continue with us.they posed their confidence on the company by cancelling their refund appication.

In case you are desirous of getting your registration regularized than you can let us know. However .if you wish for refud of the payments made by us, we shall process your appication and shall refund your money as the policies of the company.

i am ready to take possition my haridwar project with my 100% payment but company is not ready to give me position of my hariddwar plot becouse afte two and haf year time they dont have any legal doc of land and they dont have proper land in haridwar. some one tell me how can i take refund my money back.

I am an advocate practising in different courts in Delhi. My brother Dinesh Kumar has also invested Rs.132, 020/- in Haridwar Project of Vian. They did not give him plot, when I send them a notice they gave DInesh Kumar three cheques of total Rs.1, 32, 020/- only principal amount and no interest. Even then we became satisfied that at least our principal amount came back. But we were wrong, when we deposited those cheques in our Bank, those cheques were bounced due to insufficient fund. I have going to file case under section 138/141 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and also filing CIvil Suit for recovery against Vian Infrastructure Ltd.
