Videocon / 32" LCD — Poor Service

Dear Sir

Last Year i have a buy Videocon 32" inch LCD Television but now is Picture not clear so yesterday 2nd half i have a complaint for this issue and company person told me our technician checked-out tomorrow 12 O clock and solve your problem. but today no 1 to come from company so i will call him again now that person told me very rude language ....... so what can i do now ???
