[Resolved]  Videocon A.C. Split type 1.5 TONS — Noise Making

I purchased the A.C. on 12/03/09 vide bill no. 1625 from Raja Kaka Electronics, Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
The AC is making Banging noises and from 15/03/09 I have been chasing the vendor and your service centre. Your mechanic has visited, fixed adhesive tapes at various places... but with no results.
I already have your TV, Washing machine and two more split ACs. This is the first time I am experiencing such a bad service from the vendor and you.
I request you to correct it immediately / replace the machine / or refund the money. Also I would like to get the extention of guarantee for the number of days of the delayed action.
