[Resolved]  Videocon / Air Conditioner — Service Charges & Gas charges against compressor under warranty

Dear Sir,
I am sharing my sentiments with you on a very sad note. It is unfortunate that I feel my self deceived & robbed & curse the moment when I purchased a one ton A/C of VIDEOCON model No. UA1288ZX, Product UJ A853538 & Serial No. 888975
Vide bill No. 104, book No. 03 Dtd 31/05/2005 of Paul Electronics WZ-257/5, Main Market, Inderpuri, New Delhi-110012.
The AC was not functiong well for quite some time & I lodged a complaint at telephone number 39404040 on 04/08/2009. I was given a complaint Registration no. DEL[protected] Dtd 04/08/2009 & was also given to understand that the complaint will be attended within 24 hours.
I made numerous calls from 4th of August to 11th of August & am sorry to say that I failed to evoke any response from the customer care. Even your senior staff like Mr. Mahinder & Renuka turned a deaf ear to my request.
On 12th of August I some how managed to contact Mr. Subhash Sehgal (Mobile No. [protected]) your area zonal Incharge & reiterated my request.
On 12th of August in the evening one technician named Mr. Dharma Nath Singh (Ph. [protected]) came to inspect the faulty Air Conditioner. He charged Rs. 250/= & after inspection reported that the compressor needs to be changed. (Receipt of Rs. 250/= attached) Sr. No. F1066 Book No. 22 Dtd 12/08/2009.
Since the compressor was withinGuarantee/Warrantee period. I again started begging to the company’s customer care centre & the service franchisee Mr. Avneet C/o Unique Air Conditioning Shop No. 37, Gurudwara Singh Sabha, Ashok Nagar, Jail Road New Delhi-110018(Ph: [protected]) for change of compressor.
Till date I am wandering from Pillar to Post for getting after sales service.
Please do the needful keeping in mind your shabby, workless service condition & callous staff. I also reserve my right to claim damages for the harassment & lack of service.

Frirst Videocon Airconditioner Modal no.-VWS-5223K And Serial no.[protected] and second Airconditiner modal no.Modal no.-VWS-5223K And Serial no.[protected] and Third Airconditoner modal no.Modal no.-VWS-5223K And Serial no.[protected] Purchase date- 10/04/09 and 5 year warranty this time all airconditioner warranty period , i m complaint many time frist time complaint 23/03/2011 for the coustomer care and receive the complaint no.-VAR[protected] second time complaint for 29/03/2011 this time diffrent complaint no. VAR[protected] but not provided the services so please action for this complaits. Find the atteched Airconditioner bill copy
