[Resolved] Videocon Air Conditioner — Poor Service and Worst quality of the Product | |||
Dear Consumer Forum Kindly help me to sort out the problem faced after installation of Videocon Air Conditioner, the details of which are mentioned below:- MODEL No: VKS52 CE-1 S.No.: [protected] Purchase Date: 14/08/2009 Purchased from: Jalaram Refrigeration & Automobiles, Opp City Bus Stand, Anand Vidyanagar Road, Vallabh Vidya Nagar. Ph:[protected], [protected] Problems Faced: No Cooling after continuous running of 30 mins. 5 Complaints registered at Jalaram Refrigeration & Automobiles, but no satisfactory result. Electricity bill (for 5h running):- Rs. 8211.00 & Rs. 7059.00 in Season. Complaints Registered at Videocon Service Station (Toll Free No.:-[protected]) twice and were not attended and serviced. At the third complaint registered with the service request no: AHM[protected], the servicemen attended after 8 working days and repeated reminders. The outdoor was taken away by Khushi Services (Videocon Service Station, B/17, Vaibhav Tower, V.V.Nagar Road, Anand - 388001, Ph:[protected] and even after 8 more working days till date[protected], we have not received the required service and communication. Every time when asked about the status of repairs and replacements, we are stated that due to shortage of manpower, the work could not be done. Videocon — poor product quality and service
I have full automatic washing machine of videocon. From last 4 years washing machine is not working properly .I have complained many a times but the service center people are telling that the required is not available and they can't help .Is this the way Indian companies are working.i think if they can't serve there people then what the hell they are doing in this country

videocon airconditioner — defective air conditioner supplies
I had purchased one Videocon airconditioner few years back, from their Dealer in mathura (U.P).The Dealer Supplied us defective A/c, which was not at all Cooling Properly.The Complaint was lodged
to the dealer, but Surprise to hear his Answer that there is no second piece, as soon as second piece
will be available, it will be Replaced. Days were passing & there was no sign of any Replacement.
It was a cause of Irritation to us.Well after 15 days the piece was changed, but sorry to say it was only
a formality, the second was also not Working at all. I was deeply feeling Sorry to Purchase Videocon-
Airconditioner.I tried to Contact Company Officials, Step by Step, but It was Found that they donot care
for Consumer at All, I felt Deeply that All the Official are also a part of Cheating with the Consumers.
Even the Officials were least Bothered to hear the Customer, They never tried to Contact us.
It is a well known fact that Videocon is a cheat Company and no Consumer should have a trust in this company. Till date Videocon has not taken any Wise Step in my matter. At last I would to Suggest Consumers never have any trust in this Company, otherwise you Will have Very bad Experience like us.
