[Resolved] Videocon Bazoomba — COLOUR PROBLEM IN TV SET
We purchase TV set Videocon Bazuba sr. no.[protected] in year 2004. within one month colour problem start in TV set. it not work properly, we lodge our complaint with customer care service service engineer provide sevice free of cost he tell me mother board is not properly work due the problem of faulty mother board he suggest change mother board. agianst problem start complaint no.[protected] dtd. 31/08/2007. u r service engineer charged Rs.600. see following sequence of complaints.
1) Nil dtd.05/09/2007 (Mr. zade)
2) 07I-131090 dtd. 08/09/2007
3) 07AI[protected] dtd. 13/10/2008
4) Nil dtd 04/06/2009
5) nil dtd 20/06/2009 pay charged Rs.500/-
6) NAG - [protected] dtd 17/07/2009 pay charged Rs.150/-
7) NAG - [protected] dtd 19/08/2009
I have raised compliant in various time but solution provided by u r end is temporary. I found extremely mismanaged customer care servcie. I bought videocon because its a indian made, I belive Videocon since last 15 year but last 3 to 4 year experience i am satisfied u r services. take immediate action against my complaint.
