One Mr. Khan called up now and he is telling us to pay arround RS 2000 for gas filling charges and service charges,



What is the meaning of warranty here? I can get it done from a local vendor for this cost,

Being good name in Indian market for videocon there should be some standard procedure for solving customer complaints right? According to your customer support team they tell that my



Complaint will be solved with 24 working hours



You mean 24hours is one month?



Already one month is over for this complaint,
