[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — double door fridge

Hi

We have lock the complaint in videocon that there is a problem in door .
Engg... came from videocon & checked the problem & find that door should replace he ask me the warranty card & purchase bill & i show the details & he informed me that it under warranty u get the door in free of cost . after calling in customer care they say no spare parts are available in market it take some time after one week i called the videocon engg... he says u have damage the door that should be replace on chargeable basis . after one week i called now they say complaint was close as customer was not in home.
