[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — online registration

I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 30.12.2010 VIDE COMPLAINT NO. 26399360.

BUT STILL MY COMPLAINT COULD NOT BE RECTIFIED.
VIDEOCON CUSTOMER CARE ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS.

This is S.D.BARIK, in which name I have booked my d2h.but I received massage from custo
mer care in name of "H.D.BARIK".My request is to change my name as former.

i planned to shift from my old address to my new house just 1 km away from the old address.. so i contacted videocon d2h's customer care and put in a request of removal and reinstallation of the equipment so they filed my request and they gave me a reference number...promising the engineer would visit in 24 hrs...but i didn't got any response...
so next morning i called up again, this time i was promised that the engineer would visit in next 12 hrs...but again i got the same response (no visit and no call at all)...same sequence continued and they gave me 4 reference numbers but NOTHING HAPPENED...
the same way i called up again and this time i had a word with the supervisor and was given a contact number but as usual didn't got any response...so now its been 5 days without any response so finally had to file a complaint here...expecting an early reply atleast now...

I have shifted my house from Gh-8 to Gh-14 in Paschim Vihar and made the request for shifting the connection too on 02nd November 2012 at 2:00pm. But from that date to till now, there is no response from videocon D2h service providers instead of making many call to their customer center. My request number is[protected] and[protected].

I procured a VDOCON d2h dish and connection on 29.9.12. My Customer ID No. is 77791704. I had Rs.700+ in my account (as per the version of installer). To day I got a reminder through my mobile no [protected] that on 13th the validity will expired. I was told that I got a pakage of 200 Rs. per month.
1.How I will see my details of account?
2.Why most of the important Bangla channels (Star Jalsa, DD Bangla etc)are not allowed. No english channel are available.
3. Are the charges fixed or proportional to the use of the channel (Last month we were out of station for 13 days)?

Fraud about offer &service

Its here by inform you that myself SACHIN AGGARWAL was not satisfed with the service of videcon d2h as early i recharge 12month pulse 2month according to company offer but NOW the company will given me ONLY 12 MONTH.
Rather lisening my problem the customer care and senior executive will contiously deconnectig my phone call again and again.

Firstly I talk on 24-APRIL-2013senior ranu executive and they given complaint no.16462234 and also tell me they can inform me but
They can not reply me

Second I talk on 01-may-2013 rajeev exective any they give disconnect my phone call and then I call again so I talk to Mr.harish (senior exective) then they can also disconnect my phone call

I have complained to permanent disconnect my d2h which Id is 20825677. My connection is disconnected but your represtative stil not call me for refund my balacne money. As your custmer care is telling your account is disabled and he will not able to log commplain. Now how will I got my money back, please saggest or I have to go to consumer court for my money.

I have recharge my account on 31st March'2016 with Rs 5220 for your new diamond pack(one year subscription), at a time of recharge I have gone through the packages you have offered on website. As per details mentioned on your website new diamond pack was offering 437 channels & more than 30 HD channels.

Now in actual after refiling the channels which are getting offered are not as per pack mentioned in your website, I have raised the complained through customercare call, the person told me that he wont be able to resolve this issue, he told me to write mail to customer care about complain.


Kindly look into the issue & arrange to provide the channels as per details were provided.
