[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — no service(more than a month since the date of complaint)

I have purchsed a Videocon Microwave from Next Retail Shop.(Palm Beach Road) Vashi, Navi Mumbai. My bill no. is 0035926 and the date of purchase is 28/10/07 (still in warranty period).
It has been more than a month that my microwave is not working

Serial No VE 10719
I have made many complaints on phone but there is no reponse.

I have spoken to Mr Shailesh ([protected]) on the mentioned no. I was always told that the particular part would be changed or the defected microwave will be repleced altogether. But none of the above has been put to action.
