[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — no service & no phone pick up in customer care

videocon customer service is too bad.for the past one week only two chanels am reciving in tamil.when i call to customer service ,i got only one reply all the routs are busy pls call after some time.even i wrote an mail to them didnt get any reply for that mail.is there any way i can move to consumer court ,regarding this issue. what should i need to do.
