[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Regarding speaker problem & Technicians and Service problem

I bought Videocon LCD with D2H wall mount product on 19th of march in Next showroom Tambaram, chennai. After installation of TV i can able to found buzzing sound through Left speaker since it very first i cant able to differentiate clearly but on 22nd i found this problem very clearly i have given a complain on 22nd of march according to my request they have resecheduled on 29th march. On 29th of march technician reached my room & observed the sound & said its not speaker problem since it is an wall mount tv it creating vibration sound which can resolved by keeping thermocol behind this TV, then i didnt accepted his words & i said him to remove tv from wall & observe, so after this he accepted this is speaker problem and told he will send technician with the new speaker.

The next technician comes to my room after 2 days with big speakers which will not be fit to this tv model & he opened the TV & said it is not fitting so he want to bring correct speakers & next time also he brought same speakers & again opened the TV said it is also not fitting.

So till now i.e;6th April technicians were giving false promises & not resolved problem.Once again i filed complain by calling to customer care regarding this issue according to them they said techinicians said they have been resolved problem which has been feeded in computer, so kindly solve this problem & explain what to do
