[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Deducting balance

I am Balamurugan, I am getting message from videocon. That u have successfully subscribe to voice chat. I keep calling on 198 to deactivate this service, and they are even given the line to toll to log the complain. That Customer care number is always busy for 24/7. and they deducted 2 rs every two days without my permission, I Tried to DEACTIVATE it to sending sms " DEACTIVATE VOCH" to 54666, but getting error message "Invalid Keyword".
No other way to deactivate or contact. please be give some solution for that.

I am amit ronta, I am getting message from videocon. That u have successfully subscribe to voice chat. I keep calling on 198 to deactivate this service, and they told that your request will processed, after that I got sms from videocon that VOICE CHAT has been deactivated but next day again i got message "u have successfully subscribe to voice chat" and they deducted 2 rs every two days without my permission, I Tried to DEACTIVATE it to sending sms " DEACTIVATE VOCH" to 54666, but getting error message "Invalid Keyword". photos are also attach in this for proof......
