[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Payment made online for installation but not installed | |||
i had made payment online for rs 1590/- to videocon d2h for instalation of satelite tv. my Order Number is D2H[protected]. at that time they promised to install it with in 48 hrs. But till now it is not installed. I had marked many mails to there customer care but no use. I had also contacted there nodal officer of punjab Mr Ajay Garg. & what surprises me is there ndal officer is also diverting me to other channels. Finally i had written to him on friday either to get it installed by saturday or make my payment back. But till now neither i have recieved money back nor d2h connection is installed. So at last they have forced me to take this action of writing a written complaint.Hence requesting you to please help me in getting solution. Was this information helpful? | |||

I write with reference to a complaint lodged by you about the installation of Videocon d2h order no. D2H[protected] as well as the telephonic conversation I had with you now.
I do apologize for the delay on behalf of the D2H Online team which was due to two main issues:
1) Delay in communication from the Payee Bank (ICICI Bank) for the transfer payment to the Payment gateway provider. Kindly find the same attached as the payment was done by you on Sunday 27 though same was recieved by us later.
2) A confirmation verification call is normally done after the payment confirmation and since we could not reach you the connection was delayed. As part of keeping minimum errors (typing, pincode, RTN errors), we normally follow this process.
As checked by the D2H Online team the case was resolved already, I still would like to appologize for the delay and do hope that no other issues occur in the future.
