[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — False promise from videocon customer care

REPEATED COMPLAINTS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE,THEY ARE WRITING MAIL SAYING THAT THEY WILL DO IT IN PRIORITY,BUT THEY CANCELLED MY COMPLAINT WITH OUT NOTICE,
PLEASE SEE THE COMPLIANT NOS MENTIONED ABOVE FOR ONE ISSUE FROM PAST ONE MONTH

MY REFRIGERATOR IS UNDER WARRANTY FOR 6YEARS NOW THIS IS AROUND 3YRS OLD,
I have purchased Videocon make S201WD refrigerator from Devi international on 24/08/2008 which was delivered on 25/08/2008,

Bill no 93416 Dated: 24/08/08,
Arround one month back there was a problem in cooling, and then I raised a complaint to Videocon customer care complaint no: (BAN[protected]) they said with 24hrs problem will be solved,

Nobody came till weeks time, after giving repeated remainders to the customer care one person by name Mr.Vinayak came and checked and told we have set the cooling temperature to Max level so this caused the problem, then refrigerator started working and he collected service charges of RS- 250/- and told this service is valid for one month from the date of service,

Till one hour after he serviced refrigerator was working, suddenly after that stopped working,
Then we tried to call that person to inform, he said to give complaint again,
We gave complaint again for this even we have already paid for it, Complaint no :( BAN[protected])
Again he visited and told that compressor is not working,

Ok if compressor is not ok, what is the next step, till today daily iam calling the customer care they are telling that problem will be solved and we don’t have the stock of compressor,
Is this the way to answer a customer,

By Repeated E-mail to customer care, one Mr. Deendayal CSE replied saying the our engineer will visit,
Bearing warranty for compressor 6years as per manufacturers specification,
One Mr. Khan from videocon calling me today 22/09/11 and telling me to pay arround RS=2000/- for repair,
What is the meaning of warranty here?
I never expected this to happen,
they are telling me that compressor only comes under warranty and gas filling we need to pay around RS2000/-
I wrote a mail to customer care, if compressor is under warranty then you replace only the compressor and the gas filling i will get it done,
CSE Mr.deendayal Replied saying they will do it,

NOW WITHOUT NOTICE THEY CANCELLED THE COMPLAINT.
