[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Illegal installation charges..Hike in price of spare parts

I have submitted the relocation complaint from rajasthan to mumbai with Videocon DTH on their customer care nos. After 1 day the engineer calls me up and asks my new address. I confirmed all the datails on installation fromhim. The cust care executive told me the relocation charges are 150/- while the engg tells me it is 200/-. Dish antenna and cable will be 800 extra. While the cust care exe told me cable will be 12/- per meter based on the consumption. I was highly shocked with 2 different rates follwoed by the sme company VideoCON DTH. The services and rude behaviour of the person was horryifying. he started shouting saying that get the dth installed from customer care only if he is taking less money.

In this while my daily recharge was deducted from my balance and i have to unnecesary pay for the services not been used by me. due to their fault.
