[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Manufacturing Defect | |||
Please note that I bought 32-inch LED TV on July 15th 2012 from DigiWorld at New BEL road, Bangalore. I started having issues with the TV in first week itself. The issue was that the TV will blink off and back on while it’s been watched. So I contacted Videocon customer care and Digiworld. Service technician isolated the problem to be Motherboard issue. Now since this was a major repair I contacted Digiworld and they replaced my TV with another piece. Now once again i am having the same problem with the replacement TV also with in week. I am really not sure if this is a common problem with this model. The model number of My TV is VJB32FG-B0. I am really looking forward for a permanent solution to my problem. Trust me this is my first experience with this brand and it has been horrible so far. I have spent my Hard earned money and i want to know what shall i do here to get Refund because i don't think this brand is reliable for LED TV. Was this information helpful? | |||

I told that my refergrator getting problen Ist problem in 5/08/09 complaint no. IND[protected] AT THAT TIME COMPANY SERVICE AUTHORIZED CENTER (VISHWAS REFRIZRATOR ) WAS TOLD ME THAT YOUR FREEZ COMPRESSOR PROBLEM PAID Rs-1035/- AND IAM GIVEN TO MR-FEEROZ .FOR REPAIRING . AFTER 3 MONTHS 6/11/09 AGAIN SAME COMPLAINT AT THAT TIME COMPANY AREA MANAGER MR. HABIB KHAN TOLD ME THAT I AM LOOKING THIS MATTER I WILL TOLD TO VISHWAS REFRIZRATOR TO REPAIR IT AT THAT TIME COMPLAINT NO.IND[protected] . Videocon — manufacturing defect
month back I purchesed a handset which not work properly due to this I take huge loss. I complaint thrugh net To company website but not response come . Please interfare in this matter and Solve.Videocon — manifacturing defect
We had purchased a washing machine from Lotus A.B Road Indore on 16/12/2011.From very first day there is a leakage in the product.
Company service center is agreeing for the same but are not ready for REPLACEMENT and are misbehaving on call.
Kindly do the needful.

It's warranty is to expire soon. But the set had a manufacturing defect. Not only in my set but I had observed the same problem in another set of the same model. The problem is that the screen moves right or left or upwards or downwards, and the remote (model VP1-01) dose not work propperly.
I am sure that the problem is in the manufacturing as the same problem could not happen in 2 sets.
I had informed the service center, and they had attented and changed the remote also. One the other hand the screen problem was repaired 2 times by entering some codes from the remote.
Can I get replacement of the tv set. Please tell me what to do
