my compain service id no is 23709632 n frm last 4 days not getting any reply frm vidiocon n they all r chargine too much charges for sms for vidiocon to vidiocon which free for me after i recharged with rs 59 ... they not updated free smses in ma mbl plz improved ur service.... my mobile no is [protected]

Videocon Mobile — excess charges

I have a complaint regarding your services.
I do receive flash messages from your side for different offers and packs and in all messages you have only one option to activate that ok button.
When phone is idle and i press my left selection key your packs automatically gets activated and i am charged for that without referring to me.
It was a pack giving share market tips & cricket which was accidently got activated on my phone (no. [protected]) and i got an acknowledgment for activating different packs and again you have deducted my a/c balance. And this happened twice.
The other problem is, i am in the Rs.17 plan and according to it my per call tariff is 25 paise whereas you people are charging me Re1 per min.
When I called up your people on 121 he transferred my line to another dept. and as usual after transferring the line nobody picks up the call.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund the amount and kindly stop your flash messages because I don't need any VAS pack.

Videocon — EXCESS CHARGE

According to your silver jubliee booklet, Kenstar SMART mixer was priced at Rs. 3150 but we were charged Rs 4050 online. Kindly do the necessary refund.
