[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — mismatch of channels

Ioam customer of videocon d2h from last 5 months, My customer id is 8028289 and register mob. no is [protected]. my videocown setup box got out of service,channels error and mismatch of channels from 14.09.2010 to till date. i have register compaint to videocon customer care 5 times to solve this problem but only they register complaint and give me complaint register number and tell me we will ressolve this problem soon. i have tired to times to the customercare and register my complaint to videocon d2h customer.care. complaint id[protected] & 19628202 and i have no hope to solve this problem from videocon .
