[Resolved] Videocon D2H — requesting gprs setting | |||
once i got gprs setting but by my mistake i did not properly installed in my mobile. thereafter i several times tried the customer care by sms and over phone. they replied u given wrong password. so no gprs??? what is this!!! this type answer i never expect from these people what a rediculous answer i accept my mistake then i request them to please send again. Even today i talk with vhelp person, but he way of telling ur mobile is not match for internet. But i am using still on date some other service. NOT ONLY VIDEOCON SERVICE MOSTLY ALL SERVICE PEOPLE ARE thinking how to cheat THE POOR INDIANS. i will wait for some more days if no response they will lose one customer.
