[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Not able to view the channels mosaic PIP

The Videocon d2h service is very bad, for the last 3-days all the channels were shuffeled and all the existing channels like news channels,movies channelsand the entertainment channels were not able to view.Though i am holding the diamond pack, i was able to view the channels .
The availbele and viewable channels were bangla and the South regional channels which i was not able to understand.
And along with this D2h dedudct the amount regularly without providing any solution.

I will be oblidged if the TRAI/TDSAT give some light on the videocon d2h services.
