On date 24/12/2010 i had purchased a recharge voucher for rs 300 containing numer[protected] at 7 pm from dealer m/s kejriwal and sons situated at renukoot.

i had scrached the card and made a call to customer care no-[protected], then mr rahul customer care representative told me that the above mentioned vocher was already consumed.
and after this no body from customer care was responding , i just want to know...

I had purchased Videocon LCD TV in September 2010.
The LCD TV stopped working for which I registered a complaint at Videocon service center on 3rd January.
Till date there has been no response from the service center in spite of repeated urgent reminders sent out to the service center.
My complaint number is DEL [protected]....

videocon customer service is too bad.for the past one week only two chanels am reciving in tamil.when i call to customer service ,i got only one reply all the routs are busy pls call after some time.even i wrote an mail to them didnt get any reply for that mail.is there any way i can move to consumer court ,regarding this issue. what should i need to do....

Since the past couple of months I have been trying to get through your customer service nos. Every time I call up I get the same response...line busy please call back later, all you can do is sit back and keep calling only to get the same response no matter even if you call hundred times. With in two weeks time the LCD started giving problems. It goes blank...

The Videocon d2h service is very bad, for the last 3-days all the channels were shuffeled and all the existing channels like news channels,movies channelsand the entertainment channels were not able to view.Though i am holding the diamond pack, i was able to view the channels .
The availbele and viewable channels were bangla and the South regional channels which i was not able to understand.

I have bought Videocon D2H connection in October 2010. The remote is now not functioning. I tried to contact all thei customer care numbers i.e [protected] , [protected] ,[protected] , [protected] , [protected] , several times and on several days but many numbers are not functional and functional numbers are busy . If the famous company like videocon has such a horrible after sales service how do they expect to sell their product.br...

On Sunday (02-Jan-2011) engineer installed my D2h. I suggested a good position to install the d2h (which is inner side of roof, facing outside, noting is infront to block the signal and can be kept in same direction in which currently d2h is installed), but he didn't installed there. He installed inner side of the roof wall facing inside. Now in the late evening our house owner came and didn't agreed and told to change the place...

i was talked to mr.hemant to activate the (ten cricket) on 2nd janauray at 8.30 pm.but he was activateed the neo sports ,,,,,i was complaint about this again that please activate (ten cricket) not neo cricket...he was told me that it would be activated on 3rd january at 4.30 pm...then he was activated ( ten sports or ten action plus),,but not ten cricket.....till now (ten sports ,,neo sports) are not deactivated,,,
so please deactivate...

BUT STILL MY COMPLAINT COULD NOT BE RECTIFIED.

I have a subscription to Videocon D2H. Cust Id:13393071. I have to say that the kind of techinical assistance we have been recieving is very very poor. We chose Videocon for its brand name but it is hugely disappointing. I had subscribed to Ten cricket channel on 21st dec. i called up customer care and the representative activated it. On not being able to view the channel,i called up customer care. I had to call every day from 21st to 28th....

I HAVE INSTALLED 17 D2H TELEVISION FOR MY RESORT.... THE SERVICE WHICH IM GETTING IS VERY POOR... MOST OF THE TIME 3 TO 4 TVS ARE NOT WORKING... THE CUSTOMER CARE IS JUST VERY POOR AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK... WHEN I CALL THE LOCAL SERVICE CENTER , THEY SAY THAT WE ARE COMING BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS ... IM LOSING A REVENUE OF 15000/ RS EVERYDAY JUST BECAUSE OF D2H.. NO ONE TAKES THE ROOM DUE TO NOT AVAILABILITY OF TV... IM REALLY NOT SATISFIED...

I am Using Videocon D2H since 6 months and using Diamond pack of 296 Rs Per month which includes the sports category, as we are aware that the latest Cricket match is being Telecast in New Channel that is Ten Cricket the Videocon Company has seperated this channel from the Sports category and now they are demanding 36 rs more you can understand the fraud they are doing with this customer.

I am a subscriber of videocon d2h for 1 year( Cust id 5283928). On last 19-dec I chose TEN CRICKET add-on. I called customer care and requested them to turn it on.

On Dec 20th , Customer care confrimed that TEN CRICKET has been turned on. But Since then I am not able to view anything on channel no. 419 ( Ten Cricketr channel on video con d2h)

I have been chasing Customer CARE every day. But...
