Subscriber Id: 48692042. Signal not available from five days, customer care number never reachable, they say that for every visit, they charge Rs. 125. Apart from that they are not even willing to register my complaint regarding refund of balance that has been deducted from my account since the last 5 days, that amounts to Rs. 50 till today, and will increase by Rs. 10 per day. Their exact words were: "Kaahey ka Credit". When I ask for the reference number of the conversation that we had on phone, I am being ridiculed when they say that such number does not exist, which was a total surprise. Videocon India/DTH — Denying to register a complaint
Dear Sir,I subscribed the DTH service from Videocon about 1 month ago. My customer ID is 12255742.
Today(27/06/2010) it was not working since morning due to some technical error. I called to Videocon Customer Care at 10:15 am but they denied registering my complaint until I will suffer the same situation up to 2 hrs. I called them again 2 times consequently at 10:23 am and 10: 27 am to transfer my call to any supervisor or to provide me my Communication ID/Complaint number, they again denied following the same.
However, I able to find my complaint number which is 14554095. In the mean time I talked with the following representatives respectively.
1. Ms Bharti
2. Mr. Mukesh
3. Ms. Gita
I want to make a complaint against M/s Videocon India due to their poor services given to me by the product and customer care. If they will deny to registering a complaint or not providing the communication number, where will customer go or what will he do in this situation. I never faced such a worst situation before.
Finally, I want to ask M/s Videocon, why shouldn’t I make a claim of Rs. 20,000 for not registering my complaint. Why shouldn’t I file the charges against them in the consumer forum.
