Videocon D2H — SIGNAL NOT AVAILABLE ONLY FOR FEW CHANNELS | |||
I'm using videocon d2h for last 9 months, my cust ID is 64007029.Suddenly from yesterday I am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available only for few channels like HBO, star movies and south Regional channels. But I am able to view other channels fine.When I called your customer service, first he asked me to wait for 2 hrs to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. Then when I called today your agent told me that I need to pay Rs 125 to your service enginner for his visit, this is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. It really hurts that I need to pay Rs 125 to him for no fault of mine. Now seriously I am thinking of moving to another service provider with good service. Please revert back with your comments ASAP. I have problem regarding your channels . I have found that I can not see ten cricket.May be this is a new channel but all other dth services have made it available.
I want to know when can I get this channel.
