Videocon D2H — suspended my sim in spite of right document

sir i have videocon sim, that no. is [protected], sir this sim document verification is fully ok by the company employ inspite of it my sim suspended by 2 times. at the first time when i called regularly and said plz check my document so after 7 days my sim was started but after 5 days my sim was again suspended and till now 10 days completed but my sim is not being started and company employ every time said that your sim will be started in 48 hour sir i am requesting to u plz you should get started my sim,
