[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Customer care not responding

I have bought Videocon D2H connection in October 2010. The remote is now not functioning. I tried to contact all thei customer care numbers i.e [protected] , [protected] ,[protected] , [protected] , [protected] , several times and on several days but many numbers are not functional and functional numbers are busy . If the famous company like videocon has such a horrible after sales service how do they expect to sell their product.

Dear Videocon D2H. My ID No. 79155014. I am in Bangalore, India. I regret to inform that during the last 3 days, I could not contact their Customer Care executives as all given numbers are NOT responding and most of them are wrong. Those numbers are[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and they did not respond to my SMS. Therefore, could you please advise the Company to respond at the earliest. My contact NO.
