[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Customer care not responding

I have bought Videocon D2H connection in October 2010. The remote is now not functioning. I tried to contact all thei customer care numbers i.e [protected] , [protected] ,[protected] , [protected] , [protected] , several times and on several days but many numbers are not functional and functional numbers are busy . If the famous company like videocon has such a horrible after sales service how do they expect to sell their product.

I regret to inform that during the last 3 days, I could not contact their Customer Care executives as all given numbers are NOT responding and most of them are wrong.
