DEAR SIR,
DTD 04/03/12 I HAD REQUESTED TO INSTALL ABOVE CONNECION, I HAD OPTED FOR GOLD PACKAGE RS 175/- PER MONTH INITIAL AMOUNT I PAID RS 1590/- FOR WHICH I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET 1 MONTH FREE, DURING THE INSALLATION ENGINEER HAD CHARGED ME RS 200/- FOR EXTRA CABLE.
I NEVER REQUESTED FOR ANY OTHER SERVICES, THEY ACTIVATED DIMOND PKG ON MY ID, WHICH I COULD KNEW ONLY WHEN I RCVD MESSAGE FROM THEM SAYING MY SUBSCRIPTION WILL END ON 25TH MARCH , I NEED TO RECAHRGE MY ACCOUNT.
I CONCATED DEALER & CUSTOMER SERVICES, CUSTOMER SERVICES IS NOT READY TO WRITE ANY COMPALINT AGAINST THIS.
ON 24/03 I REQUESTED THEM TO STOP CONVERT DIMON PKG TO GOLD THEY REGISTERED A COMPLAINT & SAID THIS WILL BE DONE ON 26/03/12,
MEANWHILE ON 25/03, I RECHARGED MY A/C WITH 175 & 175 TWO TIMES BY MISTAKEN, I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES, THEY SAID AMOUNT IS CREDITED TO YOU’RE A/C WILL EXTEND VALIDITY PERIOD.
NOW JUST TO VERY FY WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES DTD 26/03, THEY ARE TELLING YOUR DIMOND PKG WILLL OVER ON 04/04,
I DON’T WANT TO PAY ANYTHING EXTRA THAN RS 175/- PER MONTH, WITH IMMEDIATE EFFET I WANT TO CONVERT FROM DIOMND PKG TO GOLD PKG, I HAVE ALREADY RECHARGED WITH RS 350/- DTD 25/03 WHICH SHOULD BE VALID TILL 25/05 ( 2 month)
Vey bad experience with customer service, they were not co-operative all the time not ready to register complaint
